1. PROMOTION Economic Development Organizations (EDOs) promote SATOP to local Businesses 2. REALIZATION Small business owners identify existing challenges SATOP could assist with. 3. SUBMISSION Businesses submit a request for technical assistance (RTA) online at www.spacetechsolutions.com or in writing to the local SATOP center. 6. RESOLUTION The Space Alliance Partner works directly with the business dedicating available resources and up to 40 hours to resolving the challenge. Solutions are usually reached in 90 days or less 4. EVALUATION SATOP evaluates all requests to make sure that they meet the necessary criteria for Assistance. 6. COMMUNICATION Once an RTA has been evaluated, it is passed along to the Space Alliance Partner best suited to assist in solving the technical challenge, where it will receive attention from a Program Engineer 7. COMPLETION Upon completion the solution is provided to the business owner for implentation.
